Q: WHERE DO YOU SHIP AND HOW MUCH IS IT?

A: We currently ship throughout the U.S. We offer $6 flat rate shipping and free shipping on orders over $50!

 

Q: DO YOU OFFER RUSH SHIPPING?

A: Not currently. Our flat rate and free shipping both go either ground transportation or priority mail.

 

Q: WHERE CAN I SMELL TRUE HUE IN PERSON?

A: Please checkout our list of retailers here to find one near you.

 

Q: WHAT IS THE LIFESPAN OF YOUR CANDLES?

A: For optimal performance, we suggest using your candle to completion within 1 year of purchase as we do not use any preservatives.

 

ORDERS

Q: WHERE IS MY TRACKING INFORMATION?

A: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your has been shipped. Please allow for up to 48 hours for the tracking number to process in our carriers system.

 

Q: HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY ORDER?

A: All of our orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once your package is picked up and scanned in by our carriers, expect 2-7 additional business days for it to arrive. Depending on location in relation to our HQ in Minneapolis, MN, further to reach destinations may take longer.

NOTE*: Once packages leave our warehouse and are in the possession of our carriers, we have no control over tracking information or delivery details. We are unable to replace missing or stolen packages.

 

Q: WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

A: Melted candles or leaky bottles may occur during transit. If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please avoid leaving your packages outside during high heat or cold temperatures to prevent temperature associated damages.

A: Yes, we do! Please view our Wholesale page to contact us about carrying our products.

 

Q: DO YOU OFFER DROP SHIPPING?

A: No.

 

Q: DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES?

A: Yes, we do! Please see our Sample Set that comes complete with peel and sniff fragrance cards in each scent we have to offer (excluding Holiday or Limited Edition fragrances).

 

Q: DO YOU OFFER CONTRACT MANUFACTURING / PRIVATE LABELING?
