SHIPPING + RETURNS

Shipping

Please allow up to 4 business days for processing and shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please allow an extra 2-3 days for processing and shipping during the holidays. After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another email notification when your order has shipped.

We ship domestically and shipping times depend upon your location. Our warehouse is in Golden Valley, MN. Therefore, the closer you are to our warehouse, the faster you will receive your order.

 

Returns

If for some reason you are unsatisfied with one of our products, you can either return the product at the retail location by which you bought it from or you can contact us personally. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.

In order to make a return, the following must be completed:

  • Product must be un-used to make a complete return.
  • Provide your Order # that can be found in your order confirmation email.
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Ship the item back to us within 10 days of delivery.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

Exchanges

Anxious to smell more smells? If you would like to make an exchange, please contact us about your inquiry. In order to make an exchange, the following must be completed. Shipping costs for exchanges must be covered by the customer (both shipping to and from). If the item(s) isn't received in its original condition that it was sent to you in, your exchange is subject to rejection.

  • The product is un-damaged and un-used.
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Ship the item back to us within 10 days of delivery.

 

Damages

If your order reaches you in a damaged state, please reach out to us at info@truehue.co with your tracking number and photos of both the damaged shipping box and the damaged product. We will be more than happy to work with you from there. *Photos required for inquiries relating to damaged goods.

 

Refunds
If you would like to receive a refund rather than an exchange, please contact us and we would be more than happy to assist you. In order to make an exchange, the following must be completed. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping costs for refunds must be covered by the customer. If the item isn't received in its original state that it was sent to you in, your refund is subject to rejection. If your refund has been approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
  • The product is un-damaged and un-used.
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Ship the item back to us within 10 days of delivery.
