SHIPPING + RETURNS

If for some reason you are unsatisfied with one of our products, you can either return the product at the retail location by which you bought it from or you can contact us personally. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees. 

In order to make a return, the following must be completed:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Ship the item back to us within 20 days of delivery.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

Exchanges

Anxious to smell more smells? If you would like to make an exchange, please email us about your inquiry at info@truehue.co. In order to make an exchange, the following must be completed. Shipping costs for exchanges must be covered by the customer (both shipping to and from). If the item(s) isn't received in its original condition that it was sent to you in, your exchange is subject to rejection.

  • The product is un-damaged and un-used.
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Ship the item back to us within 10 days of delivery.

 

Refunds
If you would like to receive a refund rather than an exchange, please email us about your inquiry at info@truehue.co. In order to make an exchange, the following must be completed. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping costs for refunds must be covered by the customer. If the item isn't received in its original state that it was sent to you in, your refund is subject to rejection. If your refund has been approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
